question regarding link in signature

if some banned by the admin at the forum site that person has links signature then after ban that link count by the google or the waste.

After banned by Forum admin forum signature will be deleted permanently to forum and Google also.

Ban means your account is close and deleted your profile from admin database.

Many of time Banned accounts were closed but their post is live. Users can view their post. But that post signature is removed. In more of Forum only signature is removed and their post should be alive this depend on the content of post. If you have post spam then this will be deleted by moderator.
