Hello friend it looks clean right now. I would try and make the paddding a little bit more to give it a cleaner look as the threads and the posts will increase in future.

Good start with lower number of categories.

From the SEO point of view I would say you need some onpage optimization which you can read a little bit more about in the tips section.

Padding in the tables. As some posts if made will make it look more cluttered and as the colors are dark it will become a bit of unreadable block of text.
