To help with this, we’re introducing a few new profile fields: Website, Company, and something different: Preferred Domain Registrar. These additions will help us better identify suspicious accounts. Spammers are becoming increasingly sophisticated, and sometimes it can be difficult to tell legitimate users from malicious ones.
This is how the registration form looks like now. There are optional fields, but they help us determine spam.
You can reach us anytime through the "Contact Us" form or the "Support" tab. You’re welcome to create a support post, and we’ll assist you as much as possible, as quickly as we can. All support chats are private between you and our team.
