Overall, it's so not bad.

My main suggestions are:
- make an eye-catching header, make it a bit bigger featuring your company logo, slogan, etc.
- change the font and font color of the blog post titles. Pink color and font choice are a bit out of place.

Your site will look much better if you make those small corrections.

Nice work. seems more professional website. color choosing is perfect.
1 thing i would like to add that if you use navigation menu on the top and then after images then it will be good in terms of SEO. because any search engine crawls web pages from the very top left position. at present it dosen't find any keyword related to website.
