Summer holidays

well i have been planning to go for a rafting with my friends this summer holidays.
camping and trekking to the far uphill is also the part of the plan.

Slim fast and special K, while both are good for once a day, are not good at it directly for two weeks. They do not offer all the nutrients you need - to be weak and your body will be a great desire for real food that give all the nutrients and vitamins it needs. I love Special K for breakfast, even lunch, but not all.

Summer we travel is the best choice, in addition we do not have much time to play a
