Tenant declared bankruptcy

A potential candidate has to call me. She lost her house to closures last year, I know it's not a deal breaker for these forums, but also declared bankrupt at the same time. If the bankruptcy has no impact on its acceptance, assuming all other controls OK? Thank you.

I have seen the deadbeats go to jail for up to 60 days in Ohio. Obviously, while in jail is not going to pay you.I agree. You can jam if the woman is only dependent on the maintenance of rent. I would go with the bankruptcy case.
