Tenant not paying

I do not know if my question is in this category or not. August 1, 2003 I go to my property management company to put a tenant in a unit of two he had. The tenant at the end of December and the payment is not received. I told my management company to do an eviction. It was not until April tenant. I am by 2400 that the tenant has never paid a dollar still. My management company, said he went to court and later said the trial record. I have never heard anyone without money was sent to me. I think the manager has a lot wrong with that too. This is what I can do against the corporate tenant or eating? I sold my rental November. Thanks for any help.

According to me the money judgments against your tenant safe, assuming that the management company have not already done so, and some even before the decision would hamper his ability to bring new suits enabled.

If the tenant does not pay, then you need to sue him. It will help you ...............
