Well i thought that i had seen a lot of things in my life , but today took the cake .Whilst riding with my totally unreliable Moto driver i witnessed the following.
A tree lopping gang [if you can be so kind as to actually call them such] was busily going about what they should be doing or trying to do
There was this guy attached to the tree about 30ft up by a single strand of rope around himself and the tree .His not too bright cohort was standing on the road with a rope attached to this rather bushy limb . The top dog was cutting the branch below where his rope was attached .Now obviously the guy at the top could not work out that if he cut below where his string was , that he would become aireborne when severed ,And the guy below , could not work out that when his mate actually cut through it , he was in mortal danger ,So the inevitable happened , the top dog cut through and immediately plummeted to the ground , whilst the ground zero chappy got flattened by a 20 foot limb.I will leave the rest to your imagination .But in 4 short words "OH DEARY DEARY ME" I love this country.Viva La Vietnam !!!
