Unnatural Backlinks

I have been hit by latest Penguin update and I think it is due to my backlinks not looking natural ( I did not get any email fro Google ) .

If this is the case what is the best course of action

Remove or
Add more natural links
or a mixture of both

Is Penguin now in the algorithm or must I wait until for next update to see results?'

Links from obvious junk content posts like the one that I showed above - this one might be a bit tricky in terms of semantic analysis, but they could still try something here.

I suggest you to remove unnatural back-links and after removing you may send reconsideration request to Google with the help of webmaster account. And after another Google update you may get your ranking again.

I completely agree with you sanath. Please Remove unnatural back links. After that you surely get your ranking.
