I use symantec Norton Antivirus 2006.

I am quite okay with that but it is using more memory on my machine.

What you guys use and recommand?

I use NONE.

And I am not joking. I am not using any antivirus software from last 4 years.

Kicked them out of my life.

I just take care that I don't visit useless websites. And BTW I also don't get much time to visit useless websites other then my daily visits list.

I have a personal firewall though. Which gives me info about what is coming and what is going out.

I'm using firewall in my startup not any kind of anti-virus software. Firewall helps protect PC from virus, spyware and other potentially.

I use avast.

For downloading avast.

Its a nice utility for protecting the PC.

Right now i m not using any anti virus software but i m planning to use avast as nick told.
coz i m using pen drive and there a chances of virus from pen drive also.

currently using Sophos, anyway on the opinion, all antivirus are okay to use as long as virus definition files are updated always.

I use AVG from Grisoft.com. Since I am running Windows 2000 Server I had to buy their server version when the FREE VERSION stopped working. I looked around but theirs was the cheapest option for a server version.

I've used McAfee a lot in the past and never liked Norton's much. AVG has worked well for me when I had the free version and the Server version is about the same thing as far as I can tell.

I posted the link to their free version above because they started "hiding" it and it's hard to find if you don't know where to look for it.

I use McAfee Security Center/Firewall/Virus - Paid version

I've had it for over two years now and so far so good. No viruses as of yet
