Well Said, to maintain the active life style walking is the most important exercise we should consider. Walking 4-5 kms in the morning can help us maintain the fitness and healthier life.
 
There are so many benefits of walking but some of them are here. A higher percentage of fat burned, Increase Health Fitness, Increases energy levels, Decrease health risks, To help overcome depression. I really like to walk everyday.
 
walking is one of the best for the health there are so many benefits of walking like it increase the stamina power and reduce the blood pressure, it is so good to control the weight, walking is good for preventing the stress.
