What can you do to avoid the Google Sandbox?

I was really curious and wanted to learn more in this one topic regarding the Google sandbox that caught my attention. I would like to know if the Google sandbox really exists or not? I was really confused because there is not much of actual proof of its existence that has been offered by Goggle, and it gives me the impression that it is like a modern legend. In fact, website that used unethical techniques are penalized by Google sandbox and it make sure that it will not be present on the result listings. It will only be available again if corrective measures are taken. Do you have any idea on avoiding being penalized by the Google sandbox?

Many people consider that this sort of thing might be called the sandbox really exist, but on any of the names of some of the filters are there to block the very new sites to reach the top spots in Google. This has been done to ensure websites achieve popularity and ranks slowly and over time.

Google has some filtering algorithms when it comes to new sites: they get a short period of time when they are ranked high in result pages to see how they do, but after a while they will loose these rankings if they don't perform well enough. It's like some kind of a trial period. Some call it sandbox.
I belong to those people who think that google sandbox is quite a misused term nowadays. Few years ago it was a restriction applied to new websites, limiting their ability to do well in SERPs for certain search terms, but not these days.
If you have a poorly structured website, no or duplicate content, low quality and quantity inbound links, it just means your site doesn't deserve high rankings, it doesn't mean you're in a sandbox...
