What is Google dance?

I heard about Google dance many times. But i don't know how Google dance work and what is the process of it and how many benefits we will get?

Google Dance is a task that done by google to rebuild the page rank of the web sites which are in google's server this particular time of periods is called google dance.

Google Dance is a time period in which Google rebuild its rankings. It generally happens 36 times per year. It's a not permanent means it is temporary and can be occurred for several reasons.

It is the changes of your ranking in search engine, Google Dance sometimes frustrating .
I had experianced it my self while I tried to know my ranking,
sometimes I'm on Page 4 and then after a day it jump to 9 and after sometime it come back to its real.
I think it is a bug in google.

It is interesting but nothing much secret in it, when you get fluctuation in to finding the result in Google that's call Google dance.
