Market share is the portion or percentage of sales of a specific product or service in a given region that are controlled by a company. If, for example, there's 100 widgets sold in a country & company A sells 43 of them, then company A has a 43% market share. You can also calculate market share using revenue in lieu of units sold. If company A sold widgets for a total cost of $860 & the people in the country spend a total of $2,000 on the same widgets, then the market share is $860/$2,000 or 43%. The different methods of calculating market share won't always provide the same answer, because different companies may charge slightly different prices for the same type of widget.

Working capital and other terms like bankruptcies are very common terms and there are taught in the business schools all over the universities and the word. The working capital can be defined as the money which is used on daily basis to run their operations of the business. If a top stocks of the company is making handbags then the working capital would be needed to buy the material for those backpacks and then also give salaries to these were the people who were making those bags and then also for all the transportation costs that are offered as a result of cross threading backpacks from one place to another and setting them off to their destination easily. This is one of the very basic examples of how the working capital of the best dividend stocks company works and is needed.
