What is the best factor to get good rank in yahoo? I know that quality content and quality links is more important. But I try to do these. My site doesn’t get good rank. Why?
please help me.

just buy SEO from Yahoo,bing,google etc.....otherwise your page not get the rank.....

I think you can use Bing webmaster tools to get rank in Yahoo, because the both search engines are using same algorithm in optimization.
