Well white hat seo techniques are quality content, titles and meta data, keyword research and quality inbound links on the other hand gray hat seo is something like white hat & black hat seo or you can say that a mix up of white hat & black hat seo. You can go on with this but for short time not for long time because it can not give long lasting result & this is the reason now a days it's considered as black hat of tomorrow as well.
