Top Down and bottom-up are both methods of information technology and knowledge ordering, generally concerning the software, but also other scientific & humanistic theories . In practice both seems as a method of education and thinking. Top Down process start with last picture it is widely used in design. In a bottom up design starting is small but in the end grow in complexity and completeness.
