What To Do With My Land?

Hai guyz,

I could build houses, or some kind of business (restaurant or something of a tourist-related) or something else

Currently at this time, there is a hotel, golf club, and some individual homes near the ground. My uncle is selling all over the country, including more than 20 hectares of it, so do not know what will happen when the new owners of various countries will land.

It would be a good idea to visit your local zoning official and have a little talk. Let them know what you would like to do and see if they have any objections. It's better to work with them ahead of time than to try and work it out with them later.
