If you are a Domainer, can you sell or transfer such ? That is a sub-domain. There are site that gives out normal www.00000x.com domain, but you can never be in control of such domain, it will be under their control forever, when it is time for renewal they will ask you to pay. Such domain is for marketing strategy. Please do not get such domain. Cheers.
