Single link from 5 page rank site it’s good but not sufficient for getting fast ranking. Five link from 1 page rank site that are also beneficial for ranking. I think you will try build up more back link from relevant high PR sites and make sure all sites are do follow because do follow site is more beneficial to getting fast ranking in major search engine.

It still depends for me. Are you guys posting link on the same page and same links? What i know is that is now allowed, it will be double post. 1 link for 5 pr is more better than 5 link in only 1 pr. And even its to spammy, it  can still bring your website to the top.
