Which priority is first? on page or off page?

Do you know which priority is first on page or off page?


I think on page goes to 80% and off page 20%.
What is your idea about it?

I think SEO is about all the techniques used in systematic manner to optimize the website. Both onpage and offpage are necessary in order to get best results. You should first modify your website in search engine friendly manner and then focus on link building.
