Lets hear why you are a webmaster.

What inspired you to become a webmaster and what acheivements you have already packed in.

:)

I became webmaster because I had nothing else to do. :D

i did not want to be totally ignorant about the web and decided to learn html.

i also thought it would be a good chance to utilise my graphic design skills (that i wrongly thought i had) :) lol

I wasn't a webmaster. I just ate my dad's brains and made him to buy me a Laptop. In 5 days it went off :(

So I had to learn how to even fix my own laptop. And in that process I started learning more and more and the hunger never died.

I also left it in middle. But then met with an accident and without going outside with friends I had to pass my time in the bed and during that time I read all the programming books that I had purchased before and never got the time to read them.

My friends drove me into it. My one friend was going to renew his subscription to websitetoolbox, but I quickly haulted him and took it over. Now him and I are webmasters. It's all my fault that he got hooked. I'm glad though, as he would be wasting money, now I'm wasting money happily!

i am webmaster so that i can earn some money from webmastering. i have lost some money in past but now i am slowly making more and more money as i am working more dedicatedly now.

What inspired me to become a webmaster, was the fact that I could and wanted to run my own site. Where I could offer what people needed and create a friendly atmosphere.

i m computer engineer and i got the job in one Company as a SEO while i was in final year.i just learn SEO and right now learning PHP and i have sound knowledge abt some programming languages so i just start my work on my own sites.

I got int being a webmaster when I was working as a night porter in a youth hostel. Basically from the hours of 12.30 - 08.00 the plce was dead. So, I got to reading the online stuff and learned from there. :)

I just love computers and love running my own web places. Forums, blog, anything. I love spending time on the computer. I'm the classic math/computer science guy.

I became a webmaster with a view to supplementing my income from Ebay with my own site and as such maximising my return, I then developed my interests into other areas of the online money making machine and am currently earn a full time income.

As a side effect I have found that the time that this has given me with my family is the real bonus and probably the reason I should quote all the time but in all honesty is was for the money :)

I wasn't a webmaster I was just a part time domainer. As the time went by the webmastering also entered me, I didn't entered the webmastering. Domaining with webmastering looked to be a good idea. And thus I am here as a part time domainer, part time webmaster and a part time officer in a local bank.
