I am well aware of the fact that a good registry cleaner can help to keep a PC run smoothly. There are tons of registry cleaner programs available on the Internet. I am looking for the best registry cleaner for Windows Vista. I would prefer something that certified to run on Vista. So what's the best registry cleaner for Vista available on the Internet?
