Xceedmortgage is one of the biggest sub-prime lenders in canada. How much would this domain name be worth on the open market?

It could be used to get current interest rates via phone, but you would have to market the URL I think. I wouldn't expect much type-in traffic.

I think I would put a site on it and leave it there for a while, then contact Xceedmortgage and see if you can sell it to THEM! If you set a reasonable price (check what other trademarked names have gone for) you might make some nice profit. You should be a nice site on the domain, because since the domain belongs to a company, they could just take it from you. But if you have a site that does NOT refer to their marks or their company, then you have a chance to establish "fair use" and it makes it harder for them to take it away. Price the domain lower then what it would cost them in legal fees to take it from you...

My other thought was to turn in into a mortgage lead site for them. If you could generate leads with the site they might let you keep it...
