Yahoo free listings?

Yahoo directory supposedly has a free submission option, has anybody ever got their site listed free?

We all moan about Dmoz but my big gripe is with Yahoo

2) Check to see if your site is listed with "Explore URL"

3) if your site is NOT listed you will have an option to submit it.

No just the site is in

But no point being an editor if I cannot give enough time to it. It is already slow and with more editors like me it would go nowhere.
