Hello,
Have a glass of water by your bed, and attempt to drink eight 8 oz glasses of water a day. At breakfast mix fruit juices with 50% water, to aid absorption, prevent rapid sugar levels in the blood.
Line your stomach before you go out on a large drink binge. A cocktail of a pint of milk, and soft fruit, normally works well.
Do exercise daily.
