I'd have to say that .coms are the best.

There is no hard & fast rule that .com's are BEST.

Since they have come earlier they seem to be best.

I have some .info's & some .com's

But in My VIEW the domain is best if its easy to remember.
Thats it.

Most popular extension, After .com i think .net is good. But it also depends on the site and the domain name.
